Most enquiries arrive on WhatsApp. Most replies do not.
WhatsApp is where your customers already are, and it is the channel least likely to be staffed at 9pm on a Sunday. SheetFlow builds an assistant that answers on the spot, works out whether someone is a fit, and books the ones who are.
You already know the shape of this.
Messages arrive after hours and are answered the next working day.
The same five questions get typed out by hand, every week.
Qualifying happens on a call that should never have been booked.
What we build.
It replies immediately
The first response goes out when the message arrives, at any hour, instead of when someone next opens the app.
It answers what it can answer
The recurring questions — what you do, how it works, what happens next — are handled without a person, because the answers do not change.
It qualifies before it books
The assistant establishes fit first, so the calls that reach your calendar are the ones worth taking.
It hands over cleanly
Anything needing judgement goes to a person with the whole conversation attached. Your team keeps the conversations that need them.
Built into the tools you already run.
Everything is built inside your own accounts. If we stop working together, the systems keep running and you retain full access to them.

WhatsApp Automation, specifically.
Whose WhatsApp account does this run on?
Yours. The assistant is built inside your own WhatsApp Business account, so the conversation history, the number and the relationship stay with you. If we stop working together, the account and everything in it remain yours.
Will customers be talking to a bot instead of a person?
For the mechanical part of the conversation, yes — the first reply, the recurring questions, the booking. Anything that needs judgement is handed to a person with the full thread attached. The usual outcome is that the same team handles more enquiries, not that fewer people are needed.
Can it book directly into my calendar?
Yes. Once someone qualifies, the assistant books into your calendar through Google Calendar or Calendly and the appointment is recorded in your CRM with the conversation that produced it.
Usually built alongside.
